01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Slothacker ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Slothacker website located at https://slothacker.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and content provided therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Slothacker platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Slothacker reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Slothacker Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the date of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, in your own name and for your own personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of any Slothacker employee in a role with access to platform back-end systems, odds, or player account data.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the Slothacker Platform or under any self-exclusion scheme that encompasses the Platform.
• You do not currently hold any other active or inactive Account on the Slothacker Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful under applicable local laws. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You are not using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activity.

04 Registration & KYC Verification

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update your Account profile if any details change.

KYC verification is mandatory for all Players before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include:

• A clear, legible colour copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of the payment method used for your initial deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, or CIMB Clicks account showing your registered name).
• Additional documentation may be requested at Slothacker's discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes, including proof of address or source-of-funds declarations for large transactions.

Slothacker's KYC team will review submitted documents within one (1) business day. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent submissions will result in the verification request being rejected. Persistent failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension.

05 Account Rules & Security

Each registered Player may hold one (1) Account on the Slothacker Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account password and any two-factor authentication credentials.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that no person under the age of 21 has access to your Account or Account credentials.
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Slothacker's support team immediately at [email protected]. Slothacker will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Slothacker Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Slothacker does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers (including banks and e-wallet operators) may apply their own transaction fees for which Slothacker bears no responsibility.

Accepted deposit methods include: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC-20), and BNB (BEP-20). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most MYR payment methods.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used for a deposit on the Account, or to a verified payment method in the Player's own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by method and Account verification tier.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• Slothacker reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding RM10,000 or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. Slothacker does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Slothacker offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active, as well as these general bonus rules. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent the spirit of wagering requirements ("bonus abuse") may have their bonuses, associated winnings, and Account suspended at Slothacker's discretion.
• Standard deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement of between 20x and 30x the bonus amount, applied to real-money wagers in eligible games. The specific requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Unless a promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise, bonuses may not be used in combination with each other. Only one active deposit bonus may be held at a time.
• Slothacker reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being misused or where unforeseen technical issues affect its operation.
• Any bonus credited to your Account in error must be reported to support immediately. Slothacker reserves the right to reclaim any erroneous bonus credit at any time.

08 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the Slothacker Platform operate on certified random number generator (RNG) technology, independently verified by third-party testing laboratories. Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's server. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on Slothacker's server, the server record shall be conclusive.

Sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, and other competitions available on the Platform, are governed by the specific rules published in the sportsbook section. In-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's live betting rules, which take precedence over pre-match terms in all in-play situations.

Slothacker reserves the right to void any bet or game result where:

• A technical error, software fault, or system malfunction has materially affected the outcome or the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed.
• The bet was placed in circumstances that constitute, or are suspected to constitute, match-fixing, collusion, or exploitation of an obvious pricing error.
• The relevant event or game was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in circumstances covered by the applicable market rules.

In the event that a game session is disconnected or interrupted mid-play due to a technical fault on the Platform's side, the game state will be restored from the server record where possible. Where restoration is not technically feasible, any unresolved stakes will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Slothacker Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment instruments, false identity documents, or any other fraudulent means to fund or operate an Account.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one Account or operating an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Underage gambling: Registering or playing as a person under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any such person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or live dealer environments.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with games without genuine human participation.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on the Platform.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Slothacker reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, at its sole discretion, and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or otherwise illegal purposes.
• The Account belongs to a Player who is under 21 years of age.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• The continuation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the Platform's Responsible Gambling programme.

Upon Account closure for any reason other than breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable upon Account closure unless specifically stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms.

Players may also voluntarily close their own Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests or verification requirements.

11 Responsible Gambling

Slothacker is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing tools that help Players maintain control of their gaming behaviour. The Platform offers the following responsible gambling features, accessible from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Receive automatic notifications at 30-minute, 1-hour, and 2-hour intervals during a gaming session.
• Cool-off period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion is processed immediately upon request and cannot be reversed. To request self-exclusion, contact support directly.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slothacker's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Slothacker shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity.
• Platform unavailability, delays, or technical failures caused by events beyond Slothacker's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms or to secure their Account credentials.
• Any taxation liability that a Player may incur in connection with winnings received through the Platform. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the Slothacker Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, and written copy — is the exclusive property of Slothacker or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use any Platform trademark, logo, or brand identifier for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Slothacker.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

Slothacker collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Your personal data will be used for purposes including Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. Slothacker does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Slothacker reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus structures — registered Players will be notified by email and/or on-platform notification at least five (5) business days before the changes take effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice. The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date and version number, will always be available at this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Slothacker holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and Slothacker, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting Slothacker's customer support team. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute being raised, the matter may be escalated to the dispute resolution procedures provided under Slothacker's licensing jurisdiction.

Players acknowledge that this Platform does not operate under any Malaysian government licence, and that no Malaysian regulatory body has jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this Platform.
